About the Role

The Sales Marketing Director will play a pivotal role in bridging our marketing and sales efforts, focusing on generating high-quality B2B leads for senior care facilities and acute care facilities.

This role demands a blend of creative marketing strategies and a deep understanding of the sales process to drive engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to generate marketing qualified leads (MQLs) for the sales team, focusing on senior care and acute care facilities.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives, ensuring a seamless transition of MQLs to sales qualified leads (SQLs).

Leverage data and analytics to drive marketing decisions, continually optimizing campaigns for maximum impact and ROI.

Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling content and marketing materials tailored to the needs and interests of our target B2B audience.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders and partners to enhance brand visibility and lead generation efforts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; an MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, with a strong focus on B2B lead generation in the healthcare sector.
Excellent understanding of the sales process and how to effectively support sales teams in a B2B environment.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing strategies.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working effectively with sales teams and other internal stakeholders.
