We are currently looking for a part-time employee (approx. 19 hours/week) in Forsyth, MT. Possibility of increasing hours through involvement in additional projects.


Kolping-Bildungszentrum Schweinfurt GmbH is an educational company in the Main-Rhön region with various areas of activity in vocational education for young people and adults, youth hostels, and a comprehensive range of school programs.

The coaching includes group settings as well as individual counseling sessions.


The role includes:


  • Developmental counseling and individual support
  • Activities to increase motivation of participants
  • Assistance in overcoming individual barriers to employment
  • Organization of additional social support services available to participants beyond the program
  • Crisis intervention, behavior training, and addiction prevention
  • Meetings and documentation of goal agreements
  • Conducting teaching units on topics related to labor market integration
  • Networking with companies and cooperation partners
  • Projectrelated administrative tasks

Schedule
The working hours can be flexible and distributed throughout the week, always considering the needs of the participants. The set working time is Monday mornings, as this is when initial meetings with new participants take place.


With the appropriate qualifications, there is also the possibility of working in additional projects, such as a specialist for inclusive, individual career entry support.

This would allow for an increase in weekly working hours.


Requirements:


  • Degree in social pedagogy/social work, therapy, rehabilitation, special education, or a comparable degree. Or
