Your challenge with us:

Managing technical and infrastructure teams in various properties in the Stuttgart area, including scheduling
Monitoring all technical processes in the property, including quality assurance
Fulfilling existing facility management contracts, including warranty management
Ensuring the costeffectiveness of your properties and responsibility for staying within budget
Communicating with clients and authorities
Coordinating and managing all service areas for your facility management clients

Your place of work will be in the Stuttgart area.
