Your Responsibilities

  • You will act as the interface between clients, the organization, and project teams.
  • You will coordinate and independently handle projects within the scope of administrative tasks and order processing.
  • Your tasks will include planning, reviewing, and monitoring projects and material management, as well as ensuring target and deadline compliance.
  • Additionally, you will prepare reporting data and compile internal tracking, documents, and reports.
  • You will work closely with project teams and support the implementation of projects.

Your Profile

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or have equivalent longterm professional experience.
  • You also possess good knowledge of SAP R/3, Excel, and MS Office.
  • You are characterized by communication and teamwork skills, as well as initiative and determination.
  • Good English skills in both written and spoken form complete your profile.
