Your Responsibilities:

In this role, you will primarily be responsible for the technical, scheduling, and economic planning coordination, particularly for building services in the HOAI performance phases 0-4.

Your tasks will include:

Defining and communicating quality standards and innovations, as well as monitoring them during preliminary, development, and detailed planning
Involving internal and external project team members and experts
Participating in architectural competitions
Attending planning meetings and providing support for planning and coordination related to building services
Conducting quality assurance during construction
Assisting in the development of reviewable planning documents, as well as conducting preliminary design planning and preparing inspection reports
Randomly checking performance specifications and participating in the evaluation of individual trades
Assisting with building services acceptance and special topics
Conducting technical project debriefings upon handover to warranty management

Your Profile:

Completed degree in building services engineering, civil engineering, or electrical engineering with additional qualifications in mechanical trades
Relevant professional experience in project/construction management for building services trades
Knowledge of integrated planning and building construction is desirable
Qualityoriented and innovative mindset
