Monitor, track and provide analysis of beer depletion by SKU

  • Order raw ingredients based on trend analysis
  • Manage EKOS
  • Develop liquid schedule based on trend analysis
  • SOP Management
  • Inventory Management
  • Special release schedule & economics
  • New Product release schedule & economics
  • Manage daytoday financial activities, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, payroll, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist in monthend/yearend closes to provide financial reports for management review.
  • Assist in HRrelated tasks such as employee onboarding/offboarding paperwork and maintaining personnel records.
  • Support recruitment activities, including posting job openings and conducting initial screenings.
  • Assist in employee relations and performance management.
  • Oversee office operations, including managing office supplies, mail, equipment, and facilities maintenance.
  • Graphic Design/ Marketing Support
  • Provide general administrative support to the executive team as needed

2 years Experience in Business

2 years Experience in marketing/branding support

2 years Experience in Social Media/Web site design
