YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for compensation and time management tasks, including quality control, error analysis, and resolution
Implementation of personnel measures (such as hiring, transfers, contract changes, and terminations)
Processing of special cases (such as wage increases, onetime payments, and wage guarantees)
Examination of tax and social security obligations
Advising and informing employees, HR business partners, and managers
Providing information and correspondence with external parties such as pension recipients, health insurance companies, and authorities

YOUR PROFILE:

Completed commercial vocational training with several years of experience in the HR field or a completed degree with a focus on Human Resources
