We want your knowledge and expertiseJob Summary and Qualifications:
We are currently seeking a Hyperbaric Technician to join our team. As our Hyperbaric Technician you administer hyperbaric oxygen therapy to patients.
You will also be responsible for the safe, and effective operation of the hyperbaric chambers and related support systems, acting as the outside attendant and control operator during clinical treatments.

Take the next step in your career.Your tasks and responsibilities may include:
- You will perform oxygen therapy treatment protocols as prescribed by physician.
- You will observe the patient and the hyperbaric systems during the course of oxygen treatments reporting unusual occurrences to physician.
- You will accurately document patient condition and the administration of care in the patient record in a timely manner.
- You will take an active role in hyperbaric medicine education programs and orient hospital and other personnel to hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
- You will contribute to a culture of patient centered care by ensuring a quiet healing environment.
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Graduate from Hyperbaric Technician Program
- Minimum 12 months in a hyperbaric environment
- CHT-Certified hyperbaric tech by the National Board of Diving and Hyperbaric Medical Technology (NBDHMT)
- Emergency Medical Technician (EMT
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
What qualifications you will need:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Certificate
