Job Description Job Description**:


Travel Coordinator who will be providing travel vendor payments for hotel accommodations, and making sure vendor payments are submitted in timely manner and follow our policies and budget.

Your proactive approach to handling travel hiccups will keep our business moving smoothly.


Essential Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain relationships with NBCUniversal air, hotel, car rental and limousine vendors
  • Process third party billing payments to hotel, car rental and all other travel vendors
  • Provide air, hotel, rental car and limousine travel invoices to production accountants
  • Ensure payment is submitted in timely manner to NBCUniversal travel vendors
  • Must be able to closely collaborate with Production travel agents and travel coordinators on the production side
  • Person is required to be available beyond typical workweek including evenings and weekends to support emergency travel requests
  • Basic knowledge of Sabre GDS system
  • Knowledge of Sertify, Celo and other thirdparty payment systems
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Must be organized and exhibit demonstrable good judgment
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Must have ability to multitask and prioritize in very busy situations
  • Excellent people skills, organizational ability and a great deal of professionalism is a must

Qualifications Basic Qualifications**:


  • Relevant experience in the travel industry is highly valued, along with a detailed understanding of travel regulations and policies
  • Basic knowledge GDS software and hotel payment tools are essential, as well as strong organizational, problemsolving, and communication skills
  • Excellent multitasking abilities and the capacity to negotiate effectively
  • Managing travelrelated emergencies and ensuring compliance with company policies and budget constraints
  • Travel or hospitality trade school or associate degree in fields such as Business Administration, Hospitality, or Tourism
  • Relevant experience in travel coordination or a related role
  • Proficiency in travel software and reservation systems, effective communication skills, and the ability to multitask and solve problems are essential

  • Specialized knowledge of production travel, exceptional problemsolving skills
  • Embracing authenticity, honing communication skills, and demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Additionally, knowledge of the travel industry's rules and regulations, as well as experience with expense processing tools like Concur, can be advantageous

Additional Requirements:


  • Must be willing to work in Universal City, California
  • Must have work authorization to work in the United States
  • Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week

Salary range:
$55,000-$68,000.
