- 3 - 5 years of Volume Residential and Multifamily, or Commercial construction experience.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet, database, and word processing software such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, Gmail, Google docs, and Adobe.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude with the ability to motivate division staff.
- Professional demeanor towards clients and division staff.
- Thorough knowledge of building science.
- Expertise in framing construction, truss roofs, best practices, and punch-out requirements.
- Familiarity with Construction Finals and various building components.
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Valid Driver's License and automobile insurance.
- Neat and professional personal appearance.
- Oversee all field operations including client instruction and scheduling.
- Manage division personnel, conduct employee evaluations, and perform inspections.
- Assist in the hiring process for new personnel.
- Attend client meetings, assist in proposals, and contact prospective clients.
- Handle tasks directed by senior management to contribute to company growth.
