Customer Service Representative & Administrative Assistant (m/f/d)

Your tasks include:


  • Phone calls with patients, medical practices, and health insurance companies
  • Scheduling and coordination of appointments
  • Telephone consultation with our customers regarding services, products, and therapy methods
  • Tour planning and coordination with patients
  • Recording of master data and prescription data
  • Preparation of cost estimates and invoices

Your profile:


  • Enjoy talking on the phone and interacting with people
  • Independent and reliable way of working
  • Proficient in using PC and Office applications
  • Friendly manners and customer orientation
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
