Job Description:
Provides technical and specialty knowledge in support of analysis, development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs.
Supports the administers the organization's compensation programs, which may include wage or salary plans, Step plans, Uniform Allowance, Certifications pay and Components of pay.
Job Responsibility- Coordinates, administers, and monitors compensation programs, including wage and salary administration, across the board increases, uniform allowances, return from leave payments, and certification payments.
- Support and audit data integrity governance plans for HR data.
- Assists in the maintenance of the collective bargaining agreements (CBA'S) calendar to ensure timely implementation of contracted increases and payments.
- Works with compensation teams and Human Resources business partners in review of and audit of organization's compensation programs within Human Capital Management system.
- Partner with systems programmers to assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRIS system upgrades and enhancements.
- Research, identify and troubleshoot discrepancies in HCM, update employee records and further analyze to identify root cause and resolution.
- Coordinates with HRIT to create accurate reports and processes to quickly and accurately evaluate team member compensation changes.

- Operates with general guidance and work assignments involve moderately complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations guided by precedent, previous experience, and known professional guidelines and compliance requirements. Often required to interpret policies, standards, requirements, and approaches to meet work objectives.
- Identifies areas for possible improvements and addresses problems within scope of responsibility.
- Majority of contact is within own function or department, may collaborate with peer-level professionals outside of own function, department, or system.

- Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 13 years of relevant experience, required.
