We are looking for a Deputy Team Leader (m/f/d) for our workshop for our fence and gate systems in Seagrove, NC.

The Seagrove Fence + Gate A. Ehrlich GmbH is a Saxon, medium-sized family business with mainly regional areas of activity.

We are a team of approximately 15 employees spread across our main factory in Limbach-Oberfrohna and our sales branch in Leipzig.

With almost 30 years of experience in manufacturing our own fence systems, sliding gate systems, and complete access control systems for private and commercial use, Seagrove Fence + Gate GmbH is a competent partner.


To support our team at the main factory in Limbach-Oberfrohna, we are looking for a Deputy Team Leader (m/f/d) for our completion department to start as soon as possible for a permanent position.


What you should bring:


  • Reliability, physical resilience, and flexibility
  • Commitment and teamwork
  • Leadership potential is an advantage
  • Advanced knowledge in metal construction / locksmithing
  • Basic knowledge as a mechatronics technician is an advantage
  • Driver's license B required, driver's license C1 is an advantage
  • Training as a mechatronics technician, technician, master, welder, construction mechanic, industrial mechanic, electrician, warehouse logistics or similar is an advantage
