About the role:

DNV Energy is looking for a proactive Project Administrator to support the independent engineering (IE) project management team in their due diligence tasks for solar and storage projects. This role involves overseeing technical reviews for projects in the US and Canada, collaborating with various internal teams and external partners, and addressing client and investor concerns.

This position is based in San Diego, CA, and also available in Austin, TX, Chalfont, PA, New York, NY, Oakland, CA, and Portland, OR.

What You'll Do:

Review commercial and financial aspects of renewable energy projects
Manage construction loan processes
Certify project budgets and completion milestones
Coordinate responses to lender/investor inquiries
Prepare documentation for project milestones
Support internal teams with project financial tasks
Organize project-related documents
Assist in training Associate Project Managers
Communicate with various project stakeholders
