Description
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to assist with day to day maintenance duties for a large community.

Main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Groundskeeping

Blowing Breezeways

Property Inspections

Exterior Painting (curbs, speedbumps, doors, etc.)

Pressure Washing

General Labor


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
