- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Assist with patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and current symptoms
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Perform sterile processing techniques to ensure infection control
- Utilize ICD10 coding for accurate medical documentation and billing purposes
- Assist with cardiac catheterization procedures as needed
- Provide triage support to patients, assessing urgency and directing them to appropriate resources
- Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records
- Valid LPN license in the state of Vermont or Compact
- 1 year Experence in LTC setting
- BLS (AHA ) certification required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
