Description

We are looking for a dynamic and competent Human Resources Clerk in full-time for a long-term position. This is an internationally operating, but regionally anchored company in the food industry with headquarters in 28197 Bremen, where you can grow as part of a strong team and contribute your individual strengths.

Your responsibilities

You act as a liaison between HR management, payroll, and employees
You handle the creation of employment contracts or references and any changes in personnel files with care
You provide support in payroll processing
In applicant management, you select the candidates to be invited and send out rejections during the application process

Your qualifications

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship
You have experience in human resources or as a personnel clerk and have knowledge of labor and social security law
You demonstrate a structured and flexible working style and have good communication skills
