Description
We are looking for a dynamic and competent Human Resources Clerk in full-time for a long-term position. This is an internationally operating, but regionally anchored company in the food industry with headquarters in 28197 Bremen, where you can grow as part of a strong team and contribute your individual strengths.
Your responsibilities
- You act as a liaison between HR management, payroll, and employees
- You handle the creation of employment contracts or references and any changes in personnel files with care
- You provide support in payroll processing
- In applicant management, you select the candidates to be invited and send out rejections during the application process
Your qualifications
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship
- You have experience in human resources or as a personnel clerk and have knowledge of labor and social security law
- You demonstrate a structured and flexible working style and have good communication skills
