    Manager - Quality Assurance Automation

    Position Summary :


    The QA Manager is responsible for ensuring the end-to-end manual and automated testing of third-party and internal developed solution to ensure consistent, defect free operations.

    This includes building and maintaining a staff of QA engineers and working closely with Product, Analysts, and Development leads. This is a Hybrid role.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
    include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
    Implementing methods to test software changes from smoke, to sanity, to full regression

    Ensuring that functional changes adhere to quality standards

    Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data to reflect software release quality

    Working according to deadlines for the delivery of functionality

    Training and managing QA resources in practices of testing software

    Education/Experience:
    High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Bachelor's degree (B.

    A.) or higher in Computer Software Programs (Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Software Development) from an accredited four-year college or university preferred.

    Four to ten years' related experience and/or training required. Five years of testing software through lifecycle via automation or functional test cases.

    Computer Skills :
    Strong knowledge and experience with Selenium or related Automated Testing Framework. Experience in Azure Dev Ops (ADO) as well as the Microsoft Power Platform is desired. Previous experience with MSP, ICE/Black Knight Products preferred.

    Certificates and Licenses (not required): CSQA, CMSQ, PMP, ISO

    Supervisory Responsibilities :
    Build and lead a team of functional and automated testers.

    Travel:
    Some travel may be required.
