Food Runner
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Always provides prompt and courteous food & beverage services to every guest by bringing food to table in a timely manner.
- Demonstrates knowledge of menu items.
- Effectively communicates with server regarding guests' needs.
- Quickly clears and re sets tables.
- Informs Supervisor/Manager of any situations that arise or need immediate attention.
- Ensures side work is completed in a timely manner and completed prior to shift end.
- Exhibits extreme care when handling dishware, glassware, silverware, and food product.
- Continually monitors stock levels and obtains supplies from stockroom when needed.
- Always follows department training and safety standards.
Skills & Requirements
- Must have experience in a guest contact position.
- Prior experience in food service preferred.
- Must possess excellent communication skills.
- Must possess a current RBS certification.
- Must possess a current Food Handler card.
