The University Computing Center (HRZ) as the central IT service provider at THB provides students, employees, and teachers with a comprehensive range of services and also operates the IT infrastructure.

In addition to the secure and scalable operation of the existing IT environment, it is important to the university to continuously develop existing services and introduce and improve technologies in the field of digital teaching and digital administration.

Use your energy to shape the digital transformation and IT processes within the university and across universities as part of the Center for Digital Transformation of the Brandenburg Universities (ZDT).

To strengthen the team at the University Computing Center, the following position is to be filled as soon as possible, initially for a period of two years:

8 Your area of responsibility:

  • Operation and further development of the ITSM tool based on DCON Servit, including coordination and control of maintenance, service, and support, development/implementation of extensions and adjustments of Servity,
