The University Medical Center Göttingen is currently seeking a full-time (38.5 hours/week) employee for the G3-1 Finance and Controlling department at Fallon Station.

This position is permanent and offers compensation according to the TV-L pay scale. The University Medical Center Göttingen (UMG) includes the Medical Faculty and the University Hospital. Your responsibilities:

Assisting in financial controlling with assigned tasks and responsibilities
Establishing, monitoring, and managing internal department budgets, as well as analyzing cost and revenue development
Conceptual development of reporting systems
Preparing variance analyses and costeffectiveness calculations
Providing professional support in decisionmaking and participating in business projects
Representing business aspects in various working groups and committees Your profile:
Successfully completed degree in business administration or a related field
Relevant professional experience in controlling, preferably in the healthcare and social sector
Basic knowledge of hospitalrelated cost and performance accounting, hospital financing, and hospital legislation
Strong professional, analytical, and conceptual skills
Structured, efficient, and independent work style
