• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all nursing interventions and resident progress.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care delivery.

• Active LVN license in California
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong clinical judgment.
• Previous experience in a SNF or longterm care setting preferred but not required.
