Description
We are a steadily growing medium-sized family business located in Bavaria.

We have two separately controlled wheat milling systems and are one of the most modern milling companies in Germany with a milling capacity of 330 tons/24 hours.

To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a PRODUCTION EMPLOYEE (M/F/D) to join us as soon as possible.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitoring and planning of production
  • Coordination of maintenance and repairs
  • Handling of process control and technical procedures
  • Ensuring quality and hygiene standards
  • Basic computer skills

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in food production
  • Reliable and independent work ethic
  • Leadership skills and ability to work in a team
  • Assertiveness and resilience
  • Strong focus on quality
  • Completed vocational training
