Position SummaryProcess and monitor orders given from Workplace Services customers and Sales Department, and ensure quality service for each customer.
Company ValuesMust understand and support the company's written Mission Statement, Philosophy Statement, Value Statement, Vision, and Strategy.Essential Duties & Responsibilities Local Workplace Services data entry into software.
Set up courier deliveries accordingly.
Request insurance certificates for applicable moves.
Set up labor for out of area moves.
Rent-A
Scan all necessary documents received for sales department, third party service, and customer. Resolve any issues regarding move.
Other tasks as assigned or apparent.
Education and ExperienceHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. 1-2 years' experience as coordinator in transportation industry and/or related field preferred. Valid state driver's license.
Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate flexibility and patience. Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively under time constraints and frequent interruptions. Must possess a diplomatic, professional telephone manner with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to sufficiently read, speak, and write English in order to understand and give directions, and to complete paperwork accurately.
Ability to operate a variety of standard office equipment as dictated by the duties of the job and perform data entry and typing functions.
Physical Demands and Working ConditionsWork is primarily performed in a climate controlled environment. Requires sitting, walking, and standing.Work performed requires the use of hands to control or feel objects and will utilize repetitive movements when entering data.
Requires the use of clear speech communicated to others and understanding the speech of another person.Requires the ability to see details of objects within close range.*The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
