Searching for someone who can deliver an exceptional level of service while maintaining a safe and secure environment for our senior residents.

Job Duties for Security / Support services:

Lock and secure the community and common areas, respond to emergency situations, answer the phones, and create work orders for maintenance.
Acknowledge and greet all guests with utmost courtesy and urgency, or assist guests
Manage access to the lobby and sign in visitors/ vendors
Work as a team with Resident services, Receptionists, maintenance, housekeeping in the c
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, pick up around the community.
Generate a detailed and coherent end of shift report regarding what happened during your shift, whether it's for Maintenance issues or/and other incidents that may occur.
Always maintain a professional image and friendly demeanor
Makes periodic patrols to check for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, and unauthorized persons

Job Requirements:
High school degree or equivalent
1+ years of front desk or customer service experience
1+ years of security experience
Ability to multitask and deal with competing priorities
Intermediate computer skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Pass a criminal background check and drug test
Reliable transportation to get to work.

Pay:
$ $15.00 per hour
