About the role
Mojo is looking for a talented, driven individual to run our Finance function.
This is a unique opportunity for a well rounded, operational finance leader to own both day-to-day fin ops and long term strategic planning.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Finance is a highly visible role with opportunity to build out a team commensurate with revenue growth.
The salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year.Responsibilities:
- Manage daytoday financial operations, including accounts payable, billing, treasury/cash management and any outsourced financial service providers
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Provide strategic financial leadership on issues affecting the business, help to establish comprehensive goals for performance and growth, including management of the annual budget process
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders fostering an environment of collaboration and alignment
- Serve as a trusted partner to the executive leadership team, providing financial insights and guidance to support decisionmaking and strategic planning
- Represent Mojo in financial discussions, negotiations, and presentations with external stakeholders and potential investors
- Produce and distribute accurate and timely financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders in accordance with contractual obligations and debt covenants
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 8 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles
- Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting methodologies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial concepts to nonfinancial stakeholders
- Advanced excel skills, experience with Netsuite and NSPB (PBCS) preferred
