Job Summary:
Seeking a reliable and friendly receptionist to join our team. We are a private general dental practice, focusing on maintaining a friendly and caring environment.
As the first point of contact, you play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive
- Checkin and checkout patients efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and route as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in an office or front desk role preferred
- Knowledge of dental office procedures, HIPAA regulations, or medical receptionist duties is a plus
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment
- Proficient computer skills, experience with electronic dental records or scheduling systems is preferred
