Tasks and Responsibilities

Planning and creating our own recruiting campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team
Establishing and expanding our employer branding strategy
Initial contact with applicants via telephone
Keyword analysis and research
Scheduling and accompanying interviews
Coordinating hiring processes with the HR department
Talent scouting for our team
