As a Social Media Content Creator & Copywriter, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

As a bilingual Social Media Content Creator & Copywriter at AVL Academy, your main responsibilities will include:

• Content Creation: Craft visually stunning and informative posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and more. Showcase our courses, students and behind the Scenes glimpses.
• Monthly Blogs: Curate engaging blogs on our website to keep our students and any prospects informed about new courses, what's happening in the beauty industry and more.
• Student filming: Capture student testimonials, student success stories. Your eye in detail will shine
• Editing and Posting: Edit photos and videos to perfection, then share them across our social media platforms.
• Data Analyzing: Researching and analyzing audience engagement data to identify content and campaign performance. Provide insights and recommendations for enhancing our social media strategy and achieving our marketing goals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the entire team to ensure brand is consistency and alignment with our overall content strategy.
• Research and create highquality content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms
• Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO purposes
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and incorporate relevant topics into content creation
• Use graphic design tools, such as Adobe, to enhance visual elements of content
• Manage social media accounts and schedule posts
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills to track performance metrics and make datadriven decisions

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Content Writer or similar role
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong research skills to gather information on various topics
• Proficiency in using webbased platforms for content creation and management
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and strategies
• Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and tools
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Preferred Skills:
• Experience in social media management and engagement
• Knowledge of video editing software and techniques
• Understanding of SEO best practices for content optimization
• Experience: Previous work designing and editing visual content using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar software. Strong understanding of social media analytics and engagement data. Experience with additional digital marketing channels such as SEO, website management, CRM, and blogging. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Self starter, motivated and bubbly with proven ability to multitask in a fastpaced corporate environment.

Must be able to travel 25% of the time from our Corporate office in Rancho Cordova, CA to our Academy located in Fair Oaks, CA to film and take images to create monthly content._

$19.00 per hour
