Your future job in Yorkville, WI:

Manage the Yorkville location for our client in a results-oriented and strategic manner
Lead and develop a team of 16 employees, both professionally and personally
Responsible for a budget in the singledigit million range
Plan resources and enforce quality standards
Design and implement innovative projects in the energy and infrastructure sectors
Act as a point of contact for stakeholders such as municipalities and industries
Actively build strategic partnerships in the Yorkville area
