Description

We are looking for experienced

pedagogical professionals (m/f/d)

who are interested in providing intensive and self-responsible pedagogical work in their own home at Willow Lake.
There is the possibility of employment as part of a foster care position.

This involves living-in care for one to two children or adolescents, providing a structured daily routine in a small-scale setting, with the support of the home environment.

This form of youth welfare can be easily integrated with one's own family life and is based on close, holistic care and relationship work.

A professional framework is ensured through regular specialist advice and supervision, as well as support through substitute arrangements and training opportunities. Maintenance costs are covered and the position is remunerated according to the collective agreement (TVÖD).

Expected:

Willingness to work independently and reflectively with one to two children from residential youth welfare.
Professional balance between closeness and distance
Time and space to accommodate, care for, and support a child in one's own home
Stable and supportive environment that contributes to and shapes the new task.
Reliable documentation and exchange with the sponsoring institution, participation in specialist advice, training, and supervision
