Position Responsibilities include:
- Prepare surfaces for installation, which includes cleaning and ensuring the area is free of defects.
- Coordinate with the design team and clients to ensure specifications are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during the installation process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Print Shop assistance including laminating, mounting, trimming, finishing, and keeping a clean and organized space
- Adhere to safety standards and company guidelines.
- Travel to various event locations for onsite installation as required.
Position Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Vinyl Graphics Installer or similar role.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; professional certification in graphic installation is a plus.
- Positive attitude
- Willing to work nights and weekends when necessary
- Valid Driver's License or State ID
- Communicates efficiently in English
- Strong math and measurement skills
- Punctuality, reliability, efficient time management, and ability to troubleshoot onsite
- Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, and stoop during work hours
