Key Responsibilities:

Production Management: Plan, organize, and oversee day-to-day production activities to meet production goals and customer demands.
- Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency measures.
Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that products meet or exceed established quality standards. Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate production teams, providing guidance and support to ensure a positive and productive work environment. Train new employees and conduct ongoing training sessions for existing staff.

Safety Compliance: Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Investigate and report any accidents or incidents promptly and implement corrective actions.

Inventory Management: Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to manage inventory levels effectively. Ensure accurate record-keeping of raw materials and finished goods.

Communication: Foster effective communication between production teams, management, and other departments. Provide regular updates on production progress and address any issues that may arise.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience 4+ years in a supervisory role within a têxtile manufacturing environment.
- Indepth knowledge of têxtile production processes, machinery, and quality control.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing.
- Proficient in using relevant software for production tracking and reporting.
- Bilingual
