Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Clerk to contribute to our success by providing financial, administrative, and clerical services.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals new to the role, as comprehensive training is provided for those with the right attitude and exceptional Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Timecard Allocations
Utilize TRACK management software for accurate daily timecard allocations for customers
Project-Specific Charges:
Collaborate with operation managers to ensure accurate projectspecific charges
Invoice Drafts:
Gather invoicing notes and create invoice drafts for review by Operation managers
Purchase Orders Balances:
Maintain and oversee Purchase Orders balances
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
Data Management:
Ensure customer master data and terms are correct; provide debit and credit memos when necessary
Invoice Distribution:
A/R Aging Report:
Manage the A/R Aging report, ensuring alignment with the general ledger
Collections Activities:
Perform collections activities for pastdue payments and slowpaying customers
Cash Application:
Reporting:
Handle miscellaneous reporting requests with precision and efficiency
