- Customers: championing the reduction of customer complaints; reduce customer DPPM and warranty costs, through engagement of engineering, operations, purchasing and customer service.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Previous manufacturing experience required, minimum of 5 years. Heavy fabrication background preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
- Knowledge of various quality system methodologies; Lean, 5 Why's, Pareto Analysis, Six Sigma, DFMEA, PFEMA, PPAP, APQP, etc. is a must.

Staff quality engineer responsible for product and process quality for medium pressure product line.··
Responsible for the quality of assembly tests conducted as described in the product certificate of conformance such as proof, hydro, vacuum, EOL, vibration and performance.
Perform continuous improvements of existing both high voltage and low voltage controls that will enable early failure detections based on DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan and Field Data.
Develop training plan for in-process test plans including standard work, system diagrams, schematics, test sequences, validation, and verification plans.··
Developing knowledge of key HVAC systems and components that will need to be tested including Trane Controls, electro-mechanical power components, electrical wiring, transformers, circuit breakers, contactors, overloads, variable frequency drives, solid state starters, wye-delta starters, compressors, evaporators, condensers, indoor fans, outdoor fans, gas heat, electric heat along with proprietary components.

Benchmark business processes against best-in-class and drive implementation of best practices throughout the organization.··
Support our ISO 9001 Quality System to make sure all deliverables are met for customer and regulatory body compliance.··
