Position Summary The Safety Manager is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the safety and health function for all HMA (Asphalt) and Paving operations. This position will report to the Director of Safety. In addition, the position is responsible for assisting with the training of current employees with Martin Marietta's Guardian Angel Safety Culture as established. Conduct facility safety audits primarily for OSHA sites. Review & communicate injury & liability loss trends and causal analysis to their assigned operations groups.
