  • Commercial training in insurance and finance
  • Possibly (technical) university degree
  • Professional experience in the insurance industry
  • Interest in the insurance sector and large customer support
  • Confident, self-assured, and professional demeanor
  • Good communication skills
  • Organizational talent and strong customer service orientation
  • Reliability and sense of responsibility
  • Teamwork skills
  • Initiative and dedication
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Good knowledge of English is an advantage
