    Description

    Responsibilities:


    As the Operational Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all facets of our operations, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our moving services to our valued customers.


    • Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and logistics.
    • Manage and lead a team of movers and drivers, ensuring proper training and motivation for delivering highquality service.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
    • Monitor and oversee fleet activity and performance.

    Qualifications:

    We are looking for candidates with:

    • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the moving or logistics industry.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Excellent problemsolving abilities with keen attention to detail.
    • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
    • Spanishspeaking proficiency at a high level is a strong advantage.
