- Manage timelines of multiple projects at a time to help the sales team's productivity.
- Maintain and organise project documentation, including contracts and other important records.
- Prepare and distribute project-related communications, such as memos, emails, and reports.
- Act as a point of contact among internal management, sales reps and other external partners
- Bolster the productivity of the SVP and sales team by attending to various administrative tasks such as document preparation and data entry.
- Adhere to deadlines and budgets to complete projects.
- Travel up to 25% anticipated for trade show and other sales events.

Job DescriptionMosaic Companies is searching for an Executive Sales Assistant & Project Coordinator. This position will interface with the sales team and provide necessary support to ensure that sales goals are achieved and will oversee special projects to assist the sales team administratively. This role contributes to the increase in company sales by contributing to sales strategies, marketing plans, and customer response systems. This role is also key in supporting successful execution of projects from initiation to completion. The position reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Sales.
