- Four-year degree in computer science or a related field.

- Administration experience within a Microsoft 365 and Meraki environment.
- Ability to work under the stress of meeting many requests and deadlines that sometimes conflict.

Description
Job purposeThe System Engineer will use professional technology skills and experience to maintain and enhance all network infrastructure, servers, storage hardware, virtualization technology, application management and end user support. This includes network security, network management and troubleshooting, selecting, and installing new applications, distributing software upgrades, monitoring daily activities, leading IT department projects. Main contact will be with the Director Of IT, Strategic Partners / Consultants, and end users. The work may include the use of manuals, guidelines or other established procedures containing or relating to highly technical, scientific, legal, financial, or other similarly complex matters that can be understood or interpreted only by those with advanced or specialized knowledge or skills.

Work Environment
The work is performed mainly in a normal office environment or a computer room, which is often cooler than a normal office. Occasionally, work is performed on the Production Floor where temperatures range from cold to warm and can be noisy. (PPE will be provided).
