    Position Summary

    Experienced Engineer able to operate independently; responsible for moderate to advance complex projects configuration of customer solutions of moderate to advanced complexity. Operates independently according to complete project requirements.

    Configures solutions based on product or process specifications and requirements.

    Increased responsibility for supervision of projects.

    Takes on a leadership role in the technical direction of a jr. engineer and the development of their skills.

    Reviews technical concepts of major projects.

    Commits to deliverables with customers and/or mgmt.

    Drive value creation in the business while mitigating risk.

    Develops strategy of execution of work.

    Takes ownership of business practices to achieve impact within the role.

    Drive some strategic customer relations.

    May act as a mentor and guide others.

    Effectively presents and explains engineering concepts both orally and in writing.

    Experienced engineer able to independently operate.

    Position Requirements

    FORMAL EDUCATION

    BS/BA degree in Engineering

    4-10 years of experience

    KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

    Strong knowledge of operational processes as defined in work area.

    Strong understanding of business acumen.

    Excellent communication skills
