- Fulfill appointments, both individually and as the leader of a two-person crew
- Diagnose issues and make necessary repairs
- Explain to clients how to use their appliances properly
- Manage an accurate record of all parts used to repair, replace or maintain appliances
- Provide feedback and training opportunities to your team Basic qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Current, valid driver's license
- Have and maintain a driving record which meets Best Buy safety standards (e.g., minimal number of violations/accidents, etc.)
- Acquire and maintain any state or local licensing, as required, within 90 days of hire
- Able to lift 75 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation and up to 150 pounds with help
- 1 year of experience as an appliance repair technician or similar role Preferred qualifications
