What Is the Opportunity?
What Will You Do?

  • Reviews specifics of dispute to determine complexity and team assignment based on prescribed guidelines.
  • Positively influence the customer experience by setting their expectation regarding the process, through consistent communication, and timely actions to resolve dispute.
  • Research and resolve specific audit disputes based on complexity level.
  • Research state rules, underwriting and auditing procedures to determine proper resolution.
  • Partner with Marketing and other business partners as appropriate to bring dispute to resolution.
  • Thoroughly document audit file to include all details of audit dispute and actions taken to bring issues to resolution.
  • Ensure resolution timeliness in accordance with established performance targets.
  • If appropriate, update audit worksheet to reflect appropriate exposure based on dispute finding.
  • Complete audit transaction in applicable processing/rating system.
  • Formally communicate dispute resolution to insured, agent, and business partners.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • 4 year college degree preferred.
  • Working knowledge of commercial lines insurance with an emphasis on premium audit procedures.
  • Working knowledge of state and regulatory auditing requirements.
What is a Must Have?

  • High School diploma required.
  • Strong demonstrated customer service orientation required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products with emphasis on Excel functionality required.
  • Strong negotiation skills required.
