Description

Responsibilities for the culinary position include:

  • Assists with the cleaning, sanitation and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers and all storage areas
  • Prepare meals for respective section(s) (restaurant, outlets, ) and assist in all kitchen activities to ensure that guests receive high quality food items in a timely manner
  • Organize the day's prepping for the cooks and restaurants
  • Assist in the training, scheduling and supervision of kitchen staff
  • May serve as Sous Chef in his/her absence as required
  • Attends and participate in all pertinent meetings
  • Purchases and confirms delivery of food, supplies, equipment, from approved sources to ensure adequate stock levels to perform departmental functions and meet the needs of the residents within approved budgets
  • Evaluates employee performance and develops education and training plans to improve the employees' skills and knowledge as needed
  • Supervises, coordinates, and contributes to the activities of culinary team in the creation and development of new products for Little Caesar's Enterprises and non
- traditional venues such as

  • Coordinates with NPD Sr

Qualifications for culinary:


  • Strong passion for culinary excellence and guest satisfaction both internal and external with the ability to transfer that passion to entire culinary team through ongoing coaching
  • Must be an actively engaged manager who will commit to unlocking employee potential to drive high performance
  • Exceptional attention to detail and have the ability to hold others accountable to the high standards of exceptional service and food quality ie
  • Must be able to reach, bend, balance and transport various objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly during a shift
  • Frequently standing, talking, walking, grasping, using hearing acuity, seeing near, using depth perception, stooping, doing repetitive motions, bending, speaking clearly and hearing conversation

Licensing or Certification for Culinary:

Licenses or certifications required by the position: CPSM, CPM, HACCP, C.R.C, TAM
