    Are you looking for a career and not "just a job"? Then this could be the right place for you We are hiring for two Green Chain Laborers at our Arlington Lumber Distribution and Processing Center in Arlington, WA.

    • Hourly rate of $20.28 – $22.53 based on your skill level, qualifications, and experience

    Shifts:

    • Monday – Thursday, 6:00AM - 4:30PM
    • Occasional Fridays

    Successful candidates will be subject to pre-employment and random drug testing as well as background checks.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Practice high level of safety at all times;
    • Help keep work areas clean;
    • Follow run sheets for accuracy and quality;
    • Accurately, safely and neatly stack all green cedar lumber as it comes down the chains;
    • Organize placement of lumber into appropriate pulls;
    • Perform other tasks as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS

    • Strong attention-to-detail;
    • Ability to learn new skills and processes quickly;
    • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic;
    • Knowledge of company products/inventory;
    • Reliable and shows up to work on time every day;
    • Part of an efficient and respectful work team;
    • Flexible in assisting other team members.
