- PM Warehouse/Delivery Supervisor: 10:00AM start
- AM Warehouse Supervisor: 6:00AM start
- Manage day-to-day production of Delivery or Warehouse operations of 25+ Delivery employees or 10+ Warehouse employees
- Lead, motivate, and develop department personnel including selection, performance management, and employee relations
- Enforce and promote safe working practices
- Plan, direct and schedule all manpower and equipment needs to meet daily operational requirements
- 70% computer/desk work; 30% warehouse/trade visits with staff
- Labor contract administration
- Supervise receiving over-the-road loads from Anheuser-Busch and other breweries
- Track and analyze operation efficiency measures
- Manage, coach and develop a team to meet operational KPI/PI's
- Update templates and communication tools (including Weekly Trackers, Inventory tracking, and Meeting Decks) to provide routine visibility of operational performance
- Lead process improvement, identify/implement Best Practices and initiate change
- Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of employees and managers
- Physically perform and lead the morning inventory count process.
- Identify the root cause of inventory count variances and put action plans in place through problem solving tools to improve the Inventory Accuracy KPI
- Reduce Supply Chain Overheads through the utilization of problem solving tools.
- Track, trend and manage repacking operation to conform to quality standards and to improve repacking productivity
- Develop and continuously validate SOP's through management routines and tools and ensure understanding by all warehouse employees
- Team rooms managed and updated through routine meetings to solve problems and drive performance
- Use problem solving tools e.g. 5 WHY, Abnormality Reports, SIC, OPLs, RACI's, OWD's, PDCA's, etc. to develop action plans to show improvement on PI's and KPI's
- Cascade KPI's and PI's to individual warehouse employee level, calendarize the KPI/PI achievements and monitor individual target
- High school diploma or GED required (no degree required for any position within AB ONE Wholesalers)
- Highly organized with the ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Ability and willingness to adjust schedule as necessary to handle business needs, such as holiday weeks, weekends, or alarm coverage. Operation is 24 hours; shift assignment may vary
- Ability to facilitate projects amongst diverse teams and proven ability to gain results
- Understanding of local, state, and federal liquor laws as well as Department of Transportation, Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations preferred
- Two years of warehouse, delivery, or sales experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and the computer skills to learn new and more advanced programs, such as routing software
- Knowledge of Labor Relations / experience in Union environment preferred
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the job and knowledge to safely operate job-related equipment (e.g., hand truck, pallet jack, etc.)
- Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, or other Management Systems a plus

ROLE SUMMARY
