Are you looking for a training position in the field of human resources as a "Management Assistant" for the 2024 training year? Then you've come to the right place at COMRAMO AG. From day one of your training, you will be a team member with us, as your integration into the company is our top priority. This means that you will get to know the processes and organization in your first year of training and will be trained in the relevant areas of responsibility. This will allow you to work in a team and independently in no time.

Your responsibilities

During your training, you will go through a variety of tasks, such as personnel administration, payroll accounting, accounting, customer consulting, reception, marketing, and sales. You will attend vocational school once or twice a week.

The focus of your training is on the elective qualification of personnel management. Here, you will learn about payroll accounting from A to Z (personnel management) and how to use modern software solutions and services to delight customers. Customer and service orientation are always our top priority. Modern software solutions will support you in your daily work.
