Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology or related field plus four
- (4) years of experience in any occupation with the required experience/skills. Experience must include
- (4) years experience performing test methods equivalency study and marketed product test method suitability gap closure according to cGMP
- (4) years experience in microbiological techniques, growth promotion, Microbial Limits, Microorganism identification, Preservative Effectiveness and Media preparation
- (4) years experience coordinating testing schedules within work group
- (4) years experience in reviewing & writing Standard Operating Procedures, preparing and designing new study protocols, compiling results, providing technical reports in scientific format and making recommendations based upon research outcomes
- (4) years experience in identifying and classifying microorganisms, studying growth, structure, development, and general characteristics of microorganisms; and isolating and maintaining cultures of microorganisms in prescribed or developed media, controlling moisture, aeration, temperature, and nutrition.
