- 4+ years of experience as a Functional Salesforce Consultant (must come from consulting)
- Must have been on several projects with Salesforce Service Cloud, Einstein Chat bot, Knowledge AI, salesforce Experience Cloud
- Strong experience managing backlog
- Strong experience defining user stories and their details
- aware of the program management and be able to collaborate with multiple streams.

Our client, an international software consulting firm, is seeking a Functional Consultant to join their team on a large project. The client is based out of NY and this project will be mostly remote with some light travel. The Functional Salesforce Consultant will be working with: Salesforce Service Cloud, Einstein Chat bot, Knowledge AI, salesforce Experience Cloud on this project. You will work to lead and support the customer throughout the entire Salesforce implementation lifecycle, including analysis, design, and development.
