- Receive competitive base compensation, plus a percentage of all of your client fees
- Work independently to prepare tax returns, tax plans, and consult with clients
- Ensure accurate, timely, and quality work deliverables

- Is able to work effectively and efficiently on tasks
- Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to diverse clientele, including business owners, real estate investors, and high-income or high-net worth individuals.
- Prepare a variety of tax returns, including individual, S Corporation, partnership, C Corporation, nonprofit, and gift tax returns.
- Prepare and lead tax strategy calls, implementation calls and quarterly calls engaging the clients with their tax questions throughout the year.
- Maintain strong client relationships by managing their expectations, being responsive to their communications/emails, and meeting your promises with clients (delivering on what you say you will)
- Keep up to date with the latest tax legislation changes and IRS pronouncements as they become available.
- Oversee and manage all accounting practices and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with Managing Partners to develop and implement financial and operational strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Must be a licensed CPA
- At least 5 years of tax preparation experience
- Strong problem solving and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks, and deliver results in a fast paced and dynamic environment with the desire for continuous improvement
- Willingness and ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
